Day 1 | October 2022. Phnom Penh – Arrival

When you arrive, our escort car driver (not a guide) will meet you and take you straight to a booked hotel where you can check in and have some free time.
Day 2 | October 2022. Full-Day Guided Phnom Penh City Tour
Meal: Breakfast, Lunch
At 8:00 in the morning, we embark on an adventure in a cyclo ride (rickshaw) along the riverfront for a fantastic morning highlight of the capital city of Phnom Penh toward the Independent Monument. Here, we pause to take some stunning photographs before continuing the ride to stroll around the central market to see bustling local trades. After our cyclo ride ended at the Royal Palace, we walked over to see the Royal Palace, which is a complex of buildings that serves as the royal residence for the King of Cambodia. The Royal Palace is admired by the impressive Silver Pagoda, which has over 5000 solid silver tiles, as well as other Royal Stupas, shrines, monuments, and so on. After checking in, you can spend your free time lounging by the hotel pool. Overnight in Siem Reap. Take note that there is an aircraft that departs Phnom Penh for Siem Reap every day.

Day 4 | October 2022. Siem Reap – Full-Day Angkor Discovery

After having breakfast, (By Car or Tuk Tuk) we’re journeying out of the hotel at 8.00 am the South Gate of Angkor Thom atop 4 giant faces that religiously represents compassion, sympathy, equanimity, and charity. Walk around the Bayon temple, which has more than 200 stone smiley faces, and look at interesting temples like Baphuon, Phimeanakas, the terrace of the leper king, and the terrace of the elephant. Before arriving at the boat pier, the tour takes us by some of the more notable city landmarks as well as rice farms with a view of Phnom Krom. Booking Terms & Conditions
Liability
We don’t assume any liability for any injury, damage, death, accident, or delay due to any acts by any carrier, hotel, restaurant, company, or person rendering any of the services included in the tour. If you don’t have the proper health certificates or documentation to enter or exit a nation, or if a government official makes a mistake, we will not be held liable for any damage or delay caused by mechanical breakdown, quarantine, weather, or any other circumstances beyond its control. When we are unable to deliver products or services as planned, including hotels, restaurants, and automobiles, due to being fully filled up at the time you confirmed to go on the tour with us, we will substitute them with alternatives of similar categories or services.
Acceptance of Booking
We have the right to change the schedule or turn down your reservation without giving you a reason if we think you might be a threat to public safety or security in Cambodia. Every reservation is determined by the available options; if there are none, comparable alternatives will be selected instead. We expect you to have bought travel insurance and any other insurance you need before you get to Cambodia.
Deposit & Payment
To secure your booking, a deposit of 30% (except flight ticket) of the total amount is required and an invoice will be issued and sent to you when you’re satisfied to confirm the tour service with us. The final payment should be made in advance 14 days prior to your arrival. When a reservation is booked between 15 and 30 days in advance, the entire payment is due at the time of booking and is added to your bill. We retain the right to cancel any and all reservations if the final payment does not arrive in our bank account by the due date. All prices are quoted in US Dollars ($) and based on a transport fuel rate of 4000 – 4100 Riel per liter. Payment shall be made in full without any deduction and you “customers” will bear all banking fees including intermediary banking fees.
Note: Domestic flight tickets are required full payment which will be billed in the invoice and charged a 30% deposit.
Alternative Deposit & Payment
We offer an alternative that should be great and works very well for you because we are aware of the significant cost that is associated with the banking fees that are incurred when funds are transferred from one country to another. For this option, you will be only required the first deposit of 55% (except flight ticket) of the total amount to secure all the reservations we will make for your trip. On arrival, you’ll pay the remaining US dollars in cash.
Cancellation
If Guiding Cambodia or its authorized travel agent receives a written cancellation before the trip deadline, there are no cancellation costs. If you cancel as below, we will keep the whole per-person price.
- 30 – 15 days before tour start date: 30%
- 14 – 8 days before tour start date: 50%
- Before 8 days: 100%
Refund
After the tour, unused or canceled services will not be refunded. A refund will be reasonably made to you “customers” for all services that are not delivered if a result of the disaster, political issue, civil war, any acts or orders of government authorities, and unsafe situations. All cancellation charges fee above is not inclusive of the credit card surcharge fee on the transaction (if any) and refunds will be considered discretely under Guiding Cambodia if you are forced to leave for to trip.
Domestic flight ticket (if included)
To make the most possible journey for your holiday trip to Cambodia, we always quote promotional airfare of domestic flight tickets with economic class & 20-23kg of check-in luggage in the tour package you inquire about. Airfare promotions are nonrefundable, active with a fixed trip date, and non-transferable. However, you still have a flexible option, which is regular airfare which has a policy reversing to promotion airfare but the price is higher than %40 compare to the promotion rate. When booking, ensure sure domestic airfare is included.
Why do we cancel your tour?
If we can’t fulfill a booking during the travel period, we’ll offer alternate options. In times of civil war, disaster, or Cambodian political issues, we reserve the right to cancel all services, amend or fix tour operational faults due to weather, infrastructure, or other challenges, or refund you in full after we deal with our suppliers.
Children Policy
Children under 4 years will be free of charge (excluding flight tickets, train tickets, meals,s and breakfasts, or extra beds in the required hotels) from 4 to 7 years old sharing a room will be charged 60% of the adult tour price. From age 8, they are considered adults and are charged adult prices.
Health Requirements
You should ensure that you are fully up to date with the vaccinations required for Cambodia. If your plans include hard activities like cycling or trekking, you should talk to your doctor if you have any doubts. about your fitness to do so. If you are allergic or have any other disabilities or health problems relevant to your holiday, you should inform us well in advance.
Travel Insurance
WE DON’T PROVIDE TRAVEL INSURANCE. Insurance and medical safeguards are musts. Personal accidents, medical expenses, emergency repatriation, and liabilities must be covered. When booking, get travel insurance.
Visa
Most Asian passport holders (Thai, Malaysian, Vietnamese) can enter Cambodia without a visa for 15-30 days, except in Afghanistan, Algeria, Bangladesh, Iran, Iraq, Nigeria, Pakistan, Sudan, or Sri Lanka. Europe visitors can apply for a visa on arrival at Cambodia’s international airports in Siem Reap, Sihanoukville, and Phnom Penh, at border crossings including Poi Pet, Ba Vet, and Koh Kong, and by air. A Tourist visa is a single entry visa valid for 30 days and can be extended once for another 30 days.
